Cakes like that look wicked, but they taste like crap because the photo is printed with disgusting "edible" ink instead of real icing. It's made from high fructose corn syrup and artificial dyes. The cake itself is easy to shape and add icing as long as it's a very dense cake. You can make one at home. :)
